How to Submit a Petition
For the purposes of the Administrative Code, a petition means any request, notification or proposal addressed to a public authority by an individual or legal entity.
A Petition May Be Submitted:
electronically, by email to petitii@sis.md;
through the State Enterprise Poșta Moldovei;
at the premises of the Service, using the mailbox located at the entrance at 166 Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt Boulevard, Chișinău.
Requirements for Petitions
Pursuant to Article 75(1) of the Administrative Code, a petition must contain the following:
a) the first name and surname, or the name, of the petitioner;
b) the petitioner’s home or registered address and email address, if a reply by email is requested;
c) the name of the public authority;
d) the subject matter of the petition and the grounds on which it is based;
e) the signature of the petitioner or their legal or authorized representative; in the case of a petition submitted electronically, an electronic signature.
Note: If the petition does not comply with the requirements set out in Article 75(1)(c)–(e) of the Administrative Code, the applicant will be informed of the deficiencies and granted a reasonable period in which to remedy them. If the petitioner fails to remedy the deficiencies within the period granted, the petition will not be examined.
When examining petitions submitted electronically or on paper, we ensure the confidentiality of personal data and the information provided, in accordance with the requirements of the legislation in force.
