Security and Intelligence Service

of the Republic of Moldova

78 years since the end of World War II

This morning, the Director of the Security and Intelligence Service, Alexandru Musteața, took part in activities commemorating the heroes fallen in the Second World War.

Together with the top leadership of the country and other state officials, Alexandru Musteața laid flowers at the "Maica Îndurerată" monument and at the "Eternitate" Memorial Complex, then a minute of silence was held in memory of those who gave up their lives to bring peace back to the continent.

The sacrifice of those who fought and fell in World War II reminds us once again our duty to value life, to keep regional and global peace, and to ensure a steady and prosperous future for all generations.
