In accordance with points 26-28 of the Disposition No.1 of 24 February 2022 of the Commission for Emergency Situations of the Republic of Moldova, during the data collection process regarding online sources spreading misinformation that affects national security, the institution identified the following website: rubaltic.ru.
Subsequently, by the Order of the SIS Director No. 7, the Security and Intelligence Service requested to block the mentioned website as a source that promotes misinformation that incites hatred and war, during the state of emergency, approved by the Parliament Decision No. 41/2022.
The issued Order contains mandatory indications and was forwarded to providers of electronic communications networks and/or services, in order to immediately block, in accordance with the law, the access of users from the Republic of Moldova to the mentioned source.
